Cancellation Policy
Client Initiated Cancellations
We understand that plans change. Here are our cancellation terms:
- More than 48 hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling
- 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund or free rescheduling
- Less than 24 hours notice: No refund, rescheduling subject to availability with 25% fee
- No-show: Full session fee charged, no rescheduling

Weather Or Emergency Cancellations
In cases of severe weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies, aluminumdoorserv reserves the right to cancel appointments. In such cases, clients will receive full refund or complimentary rescheduling with no fees.
Refund Policy
Deposit Refunds
Deposits paid to secure appointments are refundable according to our cancellation timeframes. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of cancellation.
Service Refunds
Once organizing services have commenced, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Partial refunds may be offered for:
- Service quality issues reported within 24 hours
- Incomplete services due to circumstances within our control
- Mutual agreement to discontinue services
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Completed organizing sessions
- Consulting fees for initial assessments
- Third-party expenses incurred on your behalf
- Storage products or organizational supplies purchased
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with our organizing services, please notify us within 48 hours of session completion. We will:
- Review your concerns in detail
- Offer to complete a complimentary follow-up session to address issues
- Provide guidance on maintaining the organized space
- Discuss alternative organizing approaches that better suit your needs
Rescheduling Policy
We offer flexible rescheduling options:
- Free rescheduling with 48+ hours notice
- One free reschedule per booking
- Additional reschedules may incur a fee
- Rescheduled appointments subject to availability
- Seasonal peak times may have limited availability
Package Services
For clients who purchase multi-session packages:
- Packages must be used within 12 months of purchase
- Unused sessions are non-refundable after 12 months
- Packages are non-transferable
- Partial refunds available for unused sessions if cancelled within 6 months, minus 20% administrative fee
Disputes And Resolution
If you have concerns about billing or service quality:

- Pursue collection for legitimate charges

Force Majeure
Aluminumdoorserv is not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or civil unrest. In such cases, we will work with clients to reschedule services at no additional cost.
Modifications To This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Existing bookings will be honored under the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
